Online Promotion Codes
Dick Smith sometimes offers promotion codes to our registered customers as part of our regular communications. Common examples of promotion codes include:
- Free gift with purchase of a particular item;
- Savings on a bundle of items when purchased together;
- Discounts when you buy more than one of a particular product; and
- Free delivery.
Registering for an account and signing up to our newsletter will allow you to receive promotional codes as offers or promotions become available. Promotion codes can only be used online. Promotion codes cannot be used in our stores.
Using a promotion code
Unfortunately we are unable to add promotional codes or discounts to your order after it has been submitted. You can however still use the promotional code on your next order, provided it hasn’t passed the expiry date.
Problems with a promotion code
If your promotion code hasn’t worked, check you entered the code exactly as it is shown on the voucher. Check that the voucher is valid for Dick Smith and check that it has not expired. If you are having difficulties using a code please check exclusions.Promotional code conditions
- Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or voucher.
- Promotional codes are only for online use and cannot be used in Dick Smith stores.
- Promotional codes are good for one-time use only. They cannot be split over multiple orders. Any remaining balance will not be saved for future use.
- Promotional codes are not cash, nor can they be exchanged for cash.
- Promotional codes can only be used once.
- Promotional codes exclude delivery charges (unless otherwise stated).

You can return items for which you used a promotion code in accordance with our standard Returns Policy.
