Important Information
Antenna installations – STANDARD house definition:
- Single storey house with roof access no higher than 3 metres.
- Roof angle no greater than 30 degrees.
- Access to at least one cavity space (roof or under-floor).
- Current antenna (or those of neighbouring houses) does not have or require a mast higher than 25 metres.
- Private residences only (no commercial buildings or apartment blocks).
Antenna installations – service terms:
- OH&S – The Mobile Techxperts cannot work on a house that contains asbestos.
- OH&S – Morning installations only November – February (MTRECEPTION excepted).
- OH&S – If there is rain or lightning the job will be rescheduled.
- The Mobile Techxperts do not currently install antennas on commercial buildings, including apartment buildings and unit blocks.
- Customers that are renting must provide a written authority from the Landlord of the respective building approving the installation services.
Travel charges:
- Prices listed are for services conducted within a 30km radius from a Dick Smith store. Services outside of this radius may attract additional charges.
