From time to time Dick Smith may ship items direct from the manufacturer. We do this to maximise the range we can offer you online. Shipping direct from the manufacturer frees us from the constrains of what we can physically stock in our warehouse. It also saves time by having the item ship direct from the manufacturers warehouse to you.Delivery direct from manufacturers is also referred to as Drop Ship Vendor or DSV for short.
How does delivery direct from manufacturer work?
You simply place your order as normal on the Dick Smith website. Once we have received your order, we place an order with the manufacturer who will ship directly to you.What if I have a technical issue or want to return my product?
